Made from UV stabilized polyethylene rope x 14mm.
High Density Polyethylene rope (HDPE) is resistant to most acid and alkaline water contents making it suitable to Australia's harshest weathers and mine pond water contents. Made of the same product as the pond liner materials.
Our standard design of person-type rope net is weaved from 14mm rope x 1.5 metres in width, with an open grid mesh of 300mm x any length to suit your specific requirements.
Other sized person pond exit nets are made from the same 14mm rope x 1 metre width x 250mm grid mesh x any length.
All nets have HDPE irrigation pipes as spreaders to assure the net stays in an open working manor. These pipes are mainly 90mm and some 75mm bore. Set at no greater than 5m apart and filled with stones for ballast.
When measuring your intended net length. Measure from 0.5m above the liners anchor pit to 0.5m from the end of the slope prior to the base. This measurement is suitable to ponds that frequent high and low water levels regularly.
Ponds that remain near full may not need to be as long in the length of net.

We make HDPE fauna nets x 1m and 1.5m widths. All nets still have HDPE spreaders with stones within for ballast. But Instead of rope we make from 20mm grid mesh. The small holes allow the animal to be able to grab with its claws without the paws going through the mesh.
Fauna nets will save the life of manly animal species even when the pond is fenced, the snakes and lizards etc. will still enter.
